Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) are mandated to prepare Service Level Agreements (SLAs), which would contain a list of products and services they offer, documentation requirements, timelines for processing applications, applicable fees, application procedures, redress mechanisms, and any other requirements deemed necessary by the MDA. The SLA of an MDA will be binding in the processing of applications, aiming to provide clarity to the public regarding the functions of the respective MDAs and their operational procedures.
