Public Notice on Payment of Outstanding Taxes by Defaulting Companies, Corporations and Others
The Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS or “the Service”) recently issued a Public Notice (PN) informing the public, particularly all companies, corporations, and any other relevant persons, as agents of collection, who have collected, deducted, or withheld taxes on supply of goods and services or payments, to remit such taxes to the Service.
